2 weeks ago, Amara started rolling over but it was only the only day that we were finally able to get it on video! Everytime I would get close to her with the camera she would just lay there. Even with Gramma and Grampa watching on skype....she would just lay there. Finally, she proved that her mummy and daddy are NOT big fat liars and she performed for the camera.........now she is an expert roller (especially in her sleep), she can get her arm out from under her (when her hand isn`t stuck in her mouth...which it always is these days) and lift her head up for a few seconds. She`s getting so big so fast.....now more than ever I wish that time could stand still but shoganai (such is life). No matter what, we look forward to the many more milestones to come. So, roll-on little peanut! Roll-on!
A few pictures and videos of our little peanut, Amarachi Lily for friends and family near and far....

Amara`s littlest new tomodachi (friend)!
Introducing Miss Esme Wells-Watson. WELCOME!
On July 4th, there may not have been lots of fireworks or fanfare here in Japan, but you can be sure that it was a very big celebration everywhere when little miss Esme came into this world joining her curious, yet proud big brothers (Jolon and Kellan) and her shocked (they thought it was a boy for sure) yet ecstatic parents (Malaina and Jan). We are so happy for them but secretly and selfishly we`d always hoped it would be a girl! Accessories are a girl`s best friend.....
Well, we already know that mummy loves accessories and jewelry so one can only hope that Amara does too! I reckon I have about 6 to 8 months left of being able to put things in her hair without her kicking up a huge stink. Although, my love of accessories will be no match to Miss Amara`s curly, wild and crazy hair....I say the bigger the better (for earrings and hair) right?! Anyway, she just looks so darn cute that we couldn`t help but take some photos!
